Refund

Tuition, monthly fees, and other costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in cash, check, or credit card. TKCA reserves the right to implement pre-registration processes as it deems necessary. Only in the event of a national emergency due to the closure of in-person education will different considerations be taken. It is established that if the modality has to be changed from in-person to distance and/or hybrid education, the MONTHLY PAYMENT AND TUITION WILL REMAIN THE SAME WITHOUT ANY CHANGE. The costs of the activities would be considered in case they are not carried out in their entirety. The administration will make decisions according to the emergency. It is established that the dining service is free since it is not charged separately, therefore, no amount will be deducted for this service in any change of modality.

Financial Rules​

 

Tuition costs are set each year by the TKCA Administration. Every active student completing an application must submit the completed application. Tuition monies paid are non-refundable,

non-divisible, and non-transferable to another student.

All cost information is provided by the academy's administrative office during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., every day of the week, and throughout the year.

Costs are broken down as follows: tuition, monthly fees, graduation fees, Honor Roll fee, Achievement Day fee, books and/or instructional materials, school insurance, grading system, communication system, building improvements, or other charges that may arise.

Prohibited Activities

Student-athletes are prohibited from engaging in activities involving:

Adult entertainment products and services
Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and nicotine products
Cannabis products
Controlled substances
Gambling and betting activities
Collectives
Political or social activism
Prescription pharmaceuticals
Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
